GPOS
Error Message – Invalid Data Source
- Reboot Till
- Contact Harmony EPOS Solutions Support
Error Message – Invalid Licence Keys
- Reboot Till
- Contact Harmony EPOS Solutions Support
Device Errors on start
- Press Clear to continue Start-up
- Check Device (see below for device troubleshooting)
- Press Error in bottom left to get GPOS to retest device. Error will disappear if OK.
Customer Accounts
Error Message – Unable to Connect
- Check Back Office PC is turned on.
- Check Broadband Router is turned on.
- Check Network cables into Till, PC, Router.
- Restart Back Office PC
- Restart Router
