Mix and match 1 programming
Mix and Match type 1 deals are for relatively straight forward discount deals:
- multiple purchase of the same product.
- multi-product deals where the product is included in only one deal at a time.
Deals can be enabled, restricted to specific days of the week, or restricted to specific hours i.e. lunch time or happy hour.
As products are added to a sale, a counter tracks the number purchased and triggers the discount.

User permissions
Enable the relevant user permissions in TouchOffice Web:
- View mix and match programming.
- Edit mix and match programming.
Instructions
To configure Mix and match 1 deals:
- Go to https://www.touchoffice.net.
- Select Programming > Mix and match.
- Select an unused record and click on the number.
- Configure the deal referring to the field guidelines in the table below.

Example 1 - 4 for £10

To configure a buy 4 for £10 deal.
- In TouchOffice Web, select Programming > Mix & match 1.
- Select an unused deal.
- Enter 4 for £10 in the deal description field.
- Enter £10 in the Amount/Discount Rate(%) field.
- Enter 4 in the Quantity field.
- Select Discount amount from the Mix & match drop down list.
- Enter a start time of 20:00 and an end time of 01:00.
- Save.
Next select the Mix and match record number and ensure the fields are configured as follows:

Example 2 - buy 2 get 10% off

To configure a buy 2 get 10% off deal.
- In TouchOffice Web, select Programming > Mix & match 1.
- Select an unused deal.
- Enter Buy 2 get 10% off in the deal description field.
- Enter £10 in the Amount/Discount Rate(%) field.
- Enter 2 in the Quantity field.
- Select Discount % from the Mix & match drop down list.
- Enter a start time of 00:00 and an end time of 00:00 - the deal is activated and is not restricted to a specific day or time.
- Save.
Next select the Mix and match record number and ensure the fields are configured as follows:

- Enter £15 in the Amount/Discount Rate(%) field.
- Enter 5 in the Quantity field.
- Select Set price from the Mix & match drop down list.
- Enter a start time of 00:00 and an end time of 00:00 - the deal is activated and is not restricted to a specific day or time.
- Save.
Next select the Mix and match record number and ensure the fields are configured as follows:

- Enter 4 in the Quantity field.
- Select Discount amount last item from the Mix & match drop down list.
- Enter a start time of 00:00 and an end time of 00:00 - the deal is activated and is not restricted to a specific day or time.
- Save.
- Next select the Mix and match record number and ensure the fields are configured as follows:
